Hello,

Go to http://prntscr.com/ie62qg and set settings and classes according to our documentation http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings
Also, on your shop page – http://prntscr.com/ie64o5 (3 columns and gap), this means that you need to set the same products columns count in Theme Options and in Customizer > Woocommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row.

Hi Rose,

We changed the products per row to 3, but the first bit is a bit confusing. Do we put all of these items here http://prntscr.com/ifbbvm i.e. selector settings into the highlighted section http://prntscr.com/ifbd0p

IS this all that will need changing for this to work?

Hello,

1) If you want to show 12 products per page from the start you need to set it in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/ifxzz2 You set 9, that’s why you see 9 products
2) If you want to use Infinite Scroll you need to add correct classes in plugin setting. Classes that you need to add there you can find in theme documentation
https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings

For your theme version it should be
Content Selector: .products-loop
Item Selector: .product
Navigation Selector: .after-shop-loop .pagination-cubic
Next Selector: .after-shop-loop .pagination-cubic a.next

Again, you did not add them http://prntscr.com/ify0m2

Once I changed these setting everything works fine.
