    Hello,

    We are trying to connect to your server and can’t anymore. Got the error

    Response: 331 Password required for wp_i469jv
    Command: PASS ********
    Response: 530 Login incorrect.
    Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

    Can you, please, check if FTP access is correct?

    Hello,

    1) In your case the best way to update theme is FTP. To do this you need to download the latest version of the Royal theme. Extract the archive to get royal folder. Then connect to your server via FTP. Go to wp-content/themes/royal and remove woocommerce folder. After that go to wp-content/themes/ and copy extracted folder royal to wp-content/themes/ with overwriting.

    2) After that go to Theme Options > if you see the activation screen you need to use your purchase code to activate theme. If you don’t see activation screen then just re-save settings.

    Theme update is free of charge, so if you provide FTP access we’ll do it ASAP for free.

    Hello,

    Product import is not related to the theme, it’s related to WC plugin. You can try additional plugins, for example, All in one import to import products and set areas where should be imported the old information.

    Also, I would recommend you to contact WC plugin support to make sure about this.

    Seems that this plugin use POST method to add to cart. So, please, keep Ajax add to cart option disabled http://prntscr.com/jknf1h if you want to use this plugin.

    Hello,

    If you want to use custom font go to Theme Options > Typography > Upload custom font > and upload font. Then you’ll be able to choose it in the list of the available fonts http://prntscr.com/jkkxle

    I have checked the Typography options and see that your custom font is available in the list http://prntscr.com/jkktcm
    So, describe your issue in more details, please, maybe provide screenshot where you can’t choose the font.

    Hello,

    If you want to update theme you don’t need to update child theme because if you have any custom code it should be placed in the child theme files, you need to update parent theme.
    After theme update, you need to go to Theme Options and make sure that theme is activated with your purchase code and re-save theme options. Also, you need to do the backup of widgets that you have because sometimes widgets are messed up after theme update and you need to put them into the correct widget area again.

    If you want we can help you with the theme update, just provide us FTP access to your site.

    Hello,

    Sorry for such a long delay in answering. We have implemented the structure like on the screenshot. Check, please.

    We have added some custom styles to child theme style.css and the mega menu should have the following structure http://prntscr.com/jj57so and special class.

    There is no other easier way to make columns one below the other without the gap.

    Hello,

    1) Check the revisions and maybe you’ll be able to get your tabs and categories back. Or just add them again.
    2) Contact your hosting provider to solve the problem with the connection. If the problem appears even with the default theme we can do nothing.

    Hello,

    We have added the code in .htaccess file that plugin author suggested to increase the maximum body length value. After that everything works fine. Seems your hosting provider did not do this if you contacted him.

    Update theme to latest version 2.5 and then tell me if you still have all these errors. Before update do the backup of your files and remove theleader/woocommerce folder.

    Hello,

    What plugins did they mention? You did not tell us what plugin.
    And how can we check if the cache is enabled? Because when we use Tools > Varnish Debugging , disabled all the plugins, enabled default theme and tested for example about us page we still had “A caching service is running but is unable to cache your site.”

    Has Dreamhost support any live chat to contact them? Because it’s difficult to solve the problem when you post their messages and we can’t ask things that we need to specify.

    Hello,

    If you have problem even with the Storefront theme then this issue is not the conflict between theme and plugin. I think it can be some server settings. Check the server error logs and contact your hosting provider.

    Maybe it’s your local PC problems. Can you try to edit page etc on other PC using Safari? Maybe you have some browser extensions that caused this issue for you.

    P.S. We have imported slide by slide manually, so you can find fashion slider in the list of sliders. We suppose that problem with import of the whole slider is related to your server and PHP time limit. So, contact your hosting provider to solve the issue for future.

    Have you contacted your hosting provider to check your server download speed and if the server can programmatically connect to http://templates.themepunch.com ?
    Try to increase PHP time limit to 60-80. Also, provide us the list of the server error logs.

    The cart option persists in both themes – default and our theme because your site is e-commerce site. You need to make sure that all the problems are fixed with the official theme and then we’ll check what issues are still caused by our theme and fix them. So, have your hosting support fixed all the problems related to WC and other plugins that are enabled at your site?

    Have you changed the Dashboard and FTP access? We can’t login anymore to check this.

    Single product page displays this image https://www.erugbazaar.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/p964-720×1064.jpg that is not blurry and resizes to the size of the block 351×518.
