    hi Guys,

    updating gives this error:

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I’ve tried a few things from other posts like deactivating the license and deactivating the theme but nothing is working.

Anyone any ideas that don’t involve FTP?

    David

You are welcome. Maybe it was some temporary glitch.

    Hi, Mrs. Olga,

I’m also having the same error message from our partner. What was the way you used it to fix it and get it updated?

    Hello @andre.orion,

Please try to update theme via FTP https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
