Hello,
1) WP user has limited permissions and we can’t check the plugins to enable/disable it and check Theme Options http://prntscr.com/mqvz1h . Please, change the user permissions to allow us to check these options.
2) What is FTP host? If we use your domain we get the error
Status: Connecting to teamsondevuk.com…
Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
So, please provide the FTP host and make sure that SFTP access works ok before reply.

Our developers used the short form of the PHP open tag <? in the piece of code but the short_open_tag directive was disabled on your server and it caused that error. We have changed the short form to long form <?php to fix the issue.

Have you cleared the plugin cache after theme update? Because if you update theme, Theme Options or any plugin you need to clear plugin cache and also browser cache because if any changes were made in css/js files you won’t see them because of cache.
I have checked your site if I’m logged in and logged out user and don’t see any problem.

Hello,
We can’t find out why your site is down. It’s not because of theme. Seems problem is related to your server or third-party plugins that you used and that we tried to disable (site is down once we disabled plugins) or CDN. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to check the server error logs because we don’t see any new errors in the debug.log file and warnings you posted in private message should not cause 500 error.

If you check the path to your file you’ll see that file is located in child theme royal-child/inc/select-page-meta.php Contact developer who made this customization to you. Sorry, but we don’t have this file in royal theme source files and we are not responsible for users’ customization in the child theme.

Hello,
1) XStore theme does not have the search by tags. If you want to get this option I would recommend you to look for additional plugin for the advanced search or submit additional customization request to codeable team.
2) If you use keyword “fish” you’ll get all the results (all the products) that include the “fish” in their titles or description. If you want to search by some category you should choose the category in the drop-down http://prntscr.com/mq9aez and also enter the keyword in the search field. Then you’ll get the products from the fish category that have your keyword. Link that you provided is the link directly to the category, it’s not the link of search results and could not be the link of the search results because of WordPress URL structure.

We tried to test compatibility with third-party plugins that you use and disabled all the plugins that do not come bundled with our theme. But disabling of third-party plugins causes 500 error. Please, check the server error logs and provide it to us. Do you use any specific plugin that blocks access to your site once the plugin is disabled? Or is it your CDN settings (Error 1015) ? Disable CDN or enable dev mode to disable CDN caching while we trying to fix the issue with theme update!

1) I suppose you installed theme using FTP, right? You did not copy all the necessary files and get the fatal error once trying to activate redux because it requires files that do not exist http://prntscr.com/mona6l
2) FTP that you provided is for some other installation that you have because we don’t see the xstore theme in the themes folder http://prntscr.com/monckl
So, either provide us with correct FTP access to your site or just remove the activated XStore theme and install it again from Appearance > Themes > Add New > upload theme.

Hello,
Remove the items from the cart before disabling the plugin because in another case you see the cached version. Disable plugin and try to add the product to empty cart, check the mini cart after that. Look, the same situation happens even with the default theme and I have checked both themes when the plugin is deactivated. It works fine.
If you don’t believe me then go to Appearance > Themes > enable Storefront and add the product to empty cart.
Plugin causes issue not just with tax price but with price if you add 2 or more products to cart. Are you plugin developer?
We can provide support for issues related strictly to our theme. We are not responsible for the third-party plugins.

Mini cart displays price inc. vat for the product even when we enabled Storefront http://prntscr.com/mojmtv Also, it displays the double price if we add 2 products to cart http://prntscr.com/mojyc2
Problem is caused by WooCommerce Tax Toggle. Contact plugin author to fix the issue because when plugin is disabled with Storefront and our theme everything is ok https://gyazo.com/7ec1cafcfc2e8d1220b1967ba7edf4b0
You can move the product name from the page content to breadcrumbs using Theme Options > Single Product > Page Layout > Move product name in breadcrumbs, we don’t show it in both places to avoid duplication. For the product categories, we use the WooCommerce default code. Anyway if you want to change it you can copy xstore/woocommerce/global/breadcrumbs.php to your child theme and edit according to your needs.

Check .htaccess file and remove any problematic rules. Seems you have some limits there. This issue is not related to our theme.
2) If you don’t get any reset password email check the spam folder and check the email address for your user because once we tried to change the email address from the Dashboard for our user we get email notification http://prntscr.com/mo6rxq so your WP sends the emails.
