    – from the shop pages and from the home page brand carousel still getting the error 404, every so often it works but none of the last 10 times i went to it.

NOTE: If you click on the brand from the woocommerce settings drop down in the admin u can see the products connected to each product, not sure what is going on I am womdering if a plugin is doing it or what is causing it

i thought it may be, that plugin was a lot of work to setup so i hope it will get worked out…

NOTE: the site still has error 404 brand linking issues when the plugin was deactivated and it has no error now that i reactivated it to make sure all my settings were still present. So currently it is working at 10:12am my time in boston area

NOTE2: This is an intermittent issue so it may represent as working and not working at different times

    Hello,

It’s very strange but I don’t see any issue with the brand page at this moment on your site https://gyazo.com/ba0b3964154eec76e39b28f2a6c4647b

P.S. You have a lot of warnings in your log file.

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: SourceGuardian: Unable to initialize module
    Module compiled with module API=20131226
    PHP compiled with module API=20160303
    These options need to match
     in Unknown on line 0

    Please, fix them.

    Regards

not sure what you want me to do this is running 7.2 or higher php so not sure what you want me to do as currently it is not displaying brands, also the plugin developer stated that if the plugin in is inactive and we are still seeing the issue its likely not his plugin

    Hello,

Yes, probably problems with PHP version could be the reason of the problem. So, did you fix the warnings and solve the PHP version issue? Do you still have the problem with the brands page?

I assume you mean the log in woocommerce status?

    – The php version issue was supposed to be fixed and the brands were working until i just checked now, it is not working again. The current php verion is 7.1 so that is changed as of yesterday.

I see a bunch of different errors not sure how to fix any of them really

i will talk to them tomorrow. I did just disable the “Woo Import Export” premium plugin i bought to move all the products, users, and transaction from the current live store they have. I wa imediatly able to get to the brands BUT as it goes in and out it is difficult to say.

    – Regarding the log Olga was able to access them prior to that file manager plugin being a suggested plugin so I assume she is talking about the log inside the woocommerce settings area BUT i will have them look at the log

    Hello,

Ok. Let us know once you get the answer. And if you still have the brand problem after that we’ll take a look again.
