    Hi
On the product page with Xstore there seems to be a misconfiguration with the verticle proct slideshow. When you are logged in viewing the webiste it works fine but when you are logged out (the same as every other website viewer) the images are now 5px wide and floated over to the right?
Thnis seems to have occured after the last update? I have cross refenced trhis against the dev site for the same project and this has not yet been updated. Here ther is no issue.
the dev site is running v. 5.1.3 and the updated live site is running v. 5.1.6.1

could this plesae be resolved ASAP as this is now running incorrectly on the live website.

    for refence plesae vsist: https://chillijamvans.co.uk/shop/genuine-t5-parts/sunglasses-holder-genuine-vw-t5-bracket/

    Many thanks

    Hi

Please take a look but be careful this is a live webiste.

Like I have said if you view the products with more than one image within the shop the verticle slider is misconfigured after the update. This is alo applicable to the horizontal layout. But when logged in and viewing the products pages the css is corrected and the website is working correctly?

View this link as an example when logged in and when logged out:

Plesae could you let me know when this problem has been resolved.

    Many Thanks

    Hi

After some debugging myself today, it has come to my attention that wp fastest cache plugin is now causing this issue. This is a popular plugin and works well for speeding up websites with alot of images, such as ecommerce sites. Come to think of it I did develop another ecommerce website about a year ago and had the same issue with the royal theme you sell.
I would be greatful if you could fix the conflicts with this plugin as we use it for multiple websites.

Like I have said the issue is not visible whilst you are logged into the CMS. I have been taking a look as to why this is happening and it seems that several files of CSS are not being loaded when looking at the webiste with the developer tools.

    Many thanks

OK so after more testing. It is down to the CSS. If minify CSS and compress CSS is enabled this is where the issue arises.

I have also worked out that within the WP Super Cache settings I had the option to not show cached version to logged in user, which would explain why i was getting inconsitant results.

I also seem to remembr that when working on a previous website using royal theme I had the same issue with multiple other cache plugins.

Could this issue please be addressed as now the website is loading all CSS files on both the xstore theme and my child theme. This is slowing the webiste down.

If you could let me know if this will be addresed.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Have you cleared the plugin cache after theme update? Because if you update theme, Theme Options or any plugin you need to clear plugin cache and also browser cache because if any changes were made in css/js files you won’t see them because of cache.

I have checked your site if I’m logged in and logged out user and don’t see any problem.
If you still have a problem provide me screenshot for better understanding.

    Regards

    Hi,

You should turn off Minify CSS / HTML and Combine JS / CSS http://prntscr.com/mqnswe because it will combine CSS of other plugins into 1 file and it caused the problem.
