Notices are related to plugins, not XStore theme. If you have any problems with the functionality of these plugins then contact plugin authors. If you don’t have problems with them then you can dismiss the notice.

Hello,
If you want to use the WPBakery code we recommend you to use WPBakery editor. But you edit the code using the default HTML tab and it causes issue. Can you enable admin permission for our user to get access to WPBakery editor for the Static Blocks and set correct links?

1) We are not plugin developers, so we don’t have information if it has any compatibility issues with the WooCommerce. Disable plugin and check if COD option appears. Also, make sure that you enabled this payment method in the WooCommerce settings.
2) Go to WooCommerce > Status > tell me what out of date files do you have?

You clicked the Deprecated elements tab https://prnt.sc/mzznom All the elements that you see there were used in previous versions of the WPBakery or Ultimate Addons but replaced by the new one and marked as deprecated. Probably they will be removed in future versions of the plugins. So, if you use any of this element we would recommend you to replace it by other up to date element.

Let me know about results and provide screenshots what shipping cost you have when the default theme is enabled and what cost is when our theme is enabled.

We did not fully test our theme with that plugin but don’t think that you may face problems. But:
1) option that you are looking for already exists in our theme.
If you want to add any additional content before/below the products on the shop page go to Theme Options >Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner position and choose the most suitable for you position http://prntscr.com/mzf3ug After that you can use either banner content field below or go to Pages > edit shop page and use WPbakery page builder to add the content to page, it will be displayed according to position you chose. Also, every product category allows you to add 2 descriptions http://prntscr.com/mzf9is (top/bottom) and you can use static block shortcode to display block created using WPBakery http://prntscr.com/mzfao8
2) Using our theme you can compose the product layout on the shop page using WPBakery grid builder http://prntscr.com/mzf5ee
3) If you choose that plugin to compose the single product page keep in mind that theme options won’t be applied to manage product image gallery for example or some other things, for example http://prntscr.com/mzf6v9 because plugin uses the default WC gallery and you will probably need to add the support of the simple WC gallery https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin/
4) If you want to change the position of some elements on the single product page you can use WooCommerce Hooks https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/ and you don’t need an additional plugin to do this.

1) If you need to add the code to header.php file then copy header.php from the parent theme to child theme folder and make all the changes in child theme header.php file. 2) XStore theme supports PHP 7, so I would recommend you to update XStore to 5.1.6.1, update all the included plugins (https://www.8theme.com/downloads) and then feel free to update PHP to 7.x.

Take our apologies, but it was not implemented. Developers made a detailed investigation of the problem and found that the swatches system should be completely rewritten to implement this. They plan to do this but I can’t tell you an estimated timeframe when it will be done.
Try to install the reCaptcha plugin for the WP user registration page. Let me know about results.

Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there?
We did not face issues with clicking on links with the W3 Total Cache plugin before. White page, as a rule, is related to the fatal error or PHP memory limit, server error logs will give the answer.
You may also try WPRoket, WP Fastest Cache plugins.

Our developers thought that problem was related to our theme and spent a lot of time to find a reason. We suppose that this issue is related to WPML but we are not sure. So, you may try to disable WPML and check and if you find that problem is related to WPML then contact WPML support.
