Hello,

I continue with the same problem, the static copy copied the link in HTML and when updating the page it is created automatically this id that takes me to the page in Spanish,

please, my client wants to open the store but can not with these errors, I thank you very much for your help,

Hello,

If you want to use the WPBakery code we recommend you to use WPBakery editor. But you edit the code using the default HTML tab and it causes issue. Can you enable admin permission for our user to get access to WPBakery editor for the Static Blocks and set correct links?

P.S. We found that plugin that replaced default links by the ids is WPML Sticky Links plugin. So, contact WPML support to solve the problem.

Hello,

Yes, I have changed the links. You can change them for the other language but make sure that plugin is disabled while you editing the static block because you’ll get the same problem.
