If you want to use the WPBakery code we recommend you to use WPBakery editor. But you edit the code using the default HTML tab and it causes issue. Can you enable admin permission for our user to get access to WPBakery editor for the Static Blocks and set correct links?
P.S. We found that plugin that replaced default links by the ids is WPML Sticky Links plugin. So, contact WPML support to solve the problem.
Have you changed the links?
Now they work well in the French version!
As I can do it, I have to do the duplicate in Portuguese,
Yes, I have changed the links. You can change them for the other language but make sure that plugin is disabled while you editing the static block because you’ll get the same problem.
I can change the other links well in static blocks,
Now if you look at the first button of the home, it does not let me change the link, it does not change it correctly.

thank you again
