    Hi Team XStore!

    1- Please look into this website. I am not able to use the Facebook login. I entered all the information needed and my Facebook application is also live and up. But still, am not able to use that Facebook Login function. Please look into it as soon as possible.

    2- Sometimes when someone bought a thing from our store. the system didn’t charge shipping please look into this also. Thanks

    Hello,

    1) Make sure your settings are correct https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/87-facebook-login Provide me a screenshot of your FB login settings http://prntscr.com/j3cidt
    2) The problem can be caused by 4 different reasons:
    – Incorrect settings of woocommerce
    – additional plugins that affect the functionality of the shipping
    – additional customization in files of your child theme
    – a conflict between the latest version of WooCommerce and old version of XStore.

    I would recommend you to create a staging site (a full copy of live site) and update XStore there https://youtu.be/I7wPeHEPb6E Also, you will be able to do tests on the test site to find out a solution for problems. Make sure that everything is ok and only after that update everything on the production site.
    We can help you with the update, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the staging site.

    Hello,

    1) Seems your site was hacked and you have malware code in WP files, here is one of the files http://prntscr.com/mzxjqh So, first of all, contact your server provider and fix this problem https://www.getastra.com/blog/911/how-to-fix-wp-vcd-backdoor-hack-in-wordpress-functions-php/ + update WordPress to latest version.

    2) Contact hosting provider and increase the PHP Max input vars to 3000.

    3) You are using too old version of our theme and it could be the reason of the problem. We would recommend you to update theme to latest version. Take into account that 5.x version of XStore includes some style changes https://xstore.8theme.com
    If you provide us with FTP access we can help you with theme update to avoid problems.

    4) You are using a lot of third-party plugins including plugins for shipping. Install and enable the default theme Storefront and check if you have the same problems with shipping when the Storefront theme is enabled. Let me know about results and provide screenshots what shipping cost you have when the default theme is enabled and what cost is when our theme is enabled.
