1) Seems categories widget of the Shop page area has the drop-down option activated. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page area > open Product Categories widget options and disable drop-down option. Remove static block widget if you don’t need banner there.
2) Go to Products > Categories > upload different images(thumbnails) for your categories because the layout of the page is the same as on the demo.

2) If you installed the third-party plugin than you need to replace theme header search by the plugin search by additional customization of the header. If you need help with additional customization submit customization request here.

Because there is no special area to import users only. It does not work in this way!
Please, choose the plugin for the CSV import and then follow plugin instructions to import users CSV file. If you have additional questions about this, please, contact either WordPress support or plugin author support. This question is not related to our theme and we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme options. Import of the users to WordPress is not theme option, it’s WordPress area.

1) We are not plugin developers, so we can’t fix plugin bugs if they appear, we can just report to plugin author about them and wait when he fixes the issue.
2) Your problem caused by the styles of the Indeed Ultimate Affiliate Pro and Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro plugins that conflict with Revolution. If these 2 plugins are disabled everything works fine https://gyazo.com/0951649806bb16e2a42c9c6466c90ff0

The new version is available on ThemeForest. 5.0 is a major update because we moved static blocks, widgets, portfolio, testimonials post types were moved to separate plugin according to new ThemeForest requirements for themes. So, maybe you will need to make changes in child theme files depending on changes that you already made, can’t tell you because I did not see what exactly you changed.

1) If you want to keep just wishlist icon on the single product page then go to Wishlist plugin settings and remove text for the wishlist button http://prntscr.com/nebia2
2) You can do this by additional customization only. Additional customization is not included in basic support, so you may submit customization request to WPKraken team.
It was plugin cache because I have enabled WPRoket. Cleared. Check again.

Why did you decide to update WC plugin without confirmation that that supports it?
Anyway, either downgrade WC plugin to 3.5.8 or wait for the theme update (should be available within the next 2 days).
