I imported the babyshop child theme but after the import categories page is missing and the main header menu is also showing some glitches like on the click that menu hides and in the lower portion the categories appear are of child page but in the dashbaord, the categories available are only of the default parent theme. I am unable to figure this out kindly fix it if i can provide you credentials or either you can guide me.

    Hello,

    1) Please create a new page and add this code http://prntscr.com/ndql9j
    [vc_section full_width="stretch_row" css=".vc_custom_1519720463475{margin-top: -90px !important;margin-bottom: 4vw !important;padding-top: 100px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;background-image: url(https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/baby-shop/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2018/02/planets-right.jpg?id=164) !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: contain !important;}" el_class="section-categories"][vc_row css_animation="fadeInUp" css=".vc_custom_1519992598657{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 140px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;}" el_class="category-first-block"][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#df4d60" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="19"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#3e3e3e" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="20"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#8697cb" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="26"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#f7c0bc" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="21"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation="fadeInUp" css=".vc_custom_1519720508419{background-color: #ffffff !important;}"][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#805333" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="25"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#46b29d" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="22"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#face64" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="23"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][mpc_wc_category height="150" title_font_preset="preset_1" title_font_color="#cc66a1" title_font_size="14" title_font_transform="uppercase" title_font_align="center" title_margin_divider="true" title_margin_css="margin-bottom:0px;" item_id="24"][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]

I HAVE SHARED CREDENTIALS WITH YOU.

All i want is to make my website look exactly same as the babyshop theme demo
Categories page is missing and the categoies appear in woocommerce are of parent theme instead of child theme and there are glitches in the menu bar the dot is overlapping the text and text hides on its click. Kindly go through the differences of your demo of babyshop and the web link i have shared.

    Hello,

    1)

Categories page is missing and the categories appear in woocommerce are of parent theme instead of child theme

I’m not sure if you understand what the child theme is. Please, read WordPress docs to be in case https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
If you are talking about this page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/baby-shop/categories/ we have created it on your site.
    2) Check the menu now.

    Regards

yes i got your point and the categories page has been included but here by child page i meant that, check the layout and categories of this page
    https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/baby-shop/product-category/bottles/
and compare it with this one
    http://twinklestarpk.com/product-category/clothing/
all i meant to say that, as i have imported demo content of the babyshop demo then the categories of babyshop should have been imported as well
    Check this out
    https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/baby-shop/categories/
    and compare it with this
    http://twinklestarpk.com/categories/
i hope my point has been conveyed clearly to you.
Thanks and looking forward for a fix asap. (i have already shared credentials with you)

    Hello,

    1) Seems categories widget of the Shop page area has the drop-down option activated. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page area > open Product Categories widget options and disable drop-down option. Remove static block widget if you don’t need banner there.
    2) Go to Products > Categories > upload different images(thumbnails) for your categories because the layout of the page is the same as on the demo.

can you please tell me the reason why such minor changes are showing these errors continuously. A little guidance on how to fix such error will save your time as well.

    Hello,

Can’t log in to your Dashboard to check, seems you changed the pass. Anyway, this notice will be fixed in the next theme update. Follow updates.
Meanwhile, you can disable WPdebug to hide it.

    Regards
