Create staging site (copy of the production site) for testing purposes to check the problem. We can’t test it on our test installations because DOM structure depends on the elements that are used directly on the site. So it matters to check the elements of your site, not our test site.

Ok, so use that popup till we fix the issue with our Newsletter element.

Issue with etheme-scripts.min.js was caused by the variation gallery option. I see that you don’t use that feature and that’s caused problem, so I just disabled that.

Hello,

How did you add that code to the shop page? Using default text editor? Because by default Elementor does not allow edit shop page using simple option Edit With Elementor. You can edit shop archive page using only Elementor Pro and archive template https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/
If you want to use the default shop page template but just display additional information above the products then create Static block with the necessary content using Elementor and go to Theme Options > WooCommere > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Content > add the static block shortcode.

Check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there? We are sure that this is something related to your server settings, it’s not a problem related to theme files. Did you check if you have this issue with the Storefront theme?

Hello,

We found that issue is caused by WooCommerce External Product New Tab plugin. It overwrites the add to cart form and makes the problem. So, contact plugin author or disable that.

There is no way to disable decoration for the star icon only because it’s inside the link, so I can disable it for the whole link.

Do you use variation swatches on your site? If not then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation swatches > off. Check the site after that.

We found that Pfand (Deposit) for WooCommerce Products plugin generate a lot of notices even with the default theme https://prnt.sc/26oo14q . Contact plugin author to fix that. We disabled plugin and checked customizer and it works well.

We call the Newsletter popup using Ajax and it does not reinit animated heading scripts after popup content loading. Our developers will check this issue. Meanwhile you can create popup using Elementor Pro popup option https://prnt.sc/26opgmm

Let us know if the Animate headline element works ok if you use Elementor Pro popup.
