Thumbnails moves up after clicking and hide main image

Hello,

On each of my product pages, when I click on a thumbnail, all thumbnails are moving up and hide the down part of my main image.
It happens on all kind of devices, desktop, tablet and smartphone.
Can you please take a look ?
Please find the screenshots and the WP admin login inside the Private content area.

Hello,

Theme options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Off, Theme options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Single product layout > Product Gallery Slider Auto Height > off, Theme options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > On

Thank you for your answer.
I tried 2 times but it doesn’t work, the problem remains. (i also purged all caches)
The second time I turned off Single product builder and looked inside Single product layout, Product Gallery Slider Auto Height returned automatically to on.
Can you take a look please?

Thanks for wp-admin access, we need FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
