Provide us with .pem file to connect using SSH because we use Mac. You can send file to 8themes@gmail.com

Or tell us SFTP username to connect to your server using Filezilla and .ppk file because you missed mentioning that. This way would be better than SSH.

Hello,

Elementor elements have more options to customize than WPBakery elements and it’s easier to customize because Elementor is visual and also has advanced responsive settings.

We would not recommend you renaming the parent theme folder if you want to get autoupdates.

If you rename the parent theme folder then you can’t automatically update the theme and will have that notification. I changed the parent theme folder name to the default one. Child theme name could be any you need.

Hello,

We don’t plan such an option for the WPBakery plugin, unfortunately, because a very small percentage of our customers use WPBakery, almost all migrate to Elementor page builder.
So, you can use that with the Elementor plugin only.
You can enable Elementor on your site in addition to WPBakery but keep in mind that you can’t edit pages created WPBakery with the Elementor page builder. Besides, using two builders on the site slows down the site speed.

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > disable Ajax add to cart. Try to add to cart product with extra options after that. Such plugins do not support Ajax add to cart very often. So, try without that.

Thank you for the numeration issues but if you have any other questions that are not related to the previous one then create a new topic, please. Or we’ll have to create it for you.

1) Check the footer now, please.
2) XStore AMP allows to adjust the Home page elements, supports WooCommerce pages, Blog and posts (because pages/posts come with simple styles and texts), pages created by Elementor/WPBakery displayed in non-AMP version.
3) You can enable Buy Now Button on the single product page (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Buy Now Button) https://prnt.sc/26ui71w that allows redirecting users to the checkout page.
4) Control alignment of your layers https://prnt.sc/26ui9is Sometimes you may set settings that will show your layer out of the visible area. Read more about that option in the Revolution plugin docs.

I checked for example about us page and it has the correct index meta https://prnt.sc/26twbb9
Our theme does not have any limits for indexing.
So, read this post https://www.curiousants.com/game-plan/technical-seo/google-search-console-coverage-excluded/ and check if you have anything of that.

Also, we would recommend to create the correct robots.txt file and try to force index some pages.

Hello,

Cart update option uses Ajax request to update that. So, its speed depends on the server response time and optimization structure of your DB. Theme does not have any extra options to speed that up, unfortunately.

You can create custom Shop page using Elemenor Pro https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/ and custom pages for your product categories. Contact Elementor Pro plugin support if you need help with that. Out theme does not have option to create custom templates for the product categories or shop.

You can use Duplicator plugin to create staging site (copy of the existing site). You can test theme updates on the staging site or test elements there.

can I use another demo section in this demo? if yes? how can I do that?

Do you mean that you want to import another demo content on the existing site? Or do you just want to add section to the home page from another demo or from XStore Studio? Explain in more detail in a separate topic, please.

All the available sections you can find in the Home Page settings of the AMP section https://prnt.sc/26ttpf3 We don’t have additional sections for that.
