Hello,

Ok, great but does it work on your site with the default WP theme like Storefront? If the app developer told you that it’s theme issue then he tested it with the default theme. Could you provide us with screencast of that test of your site? Because if you check my https://gyazo.com/9d8f7b5d79edeee730823a99b87a82f8 you’ll see that it does not work with the default theme. Did I lose something? Should I choose any additional option to make it work with the default theme?

Then you need to create static block with menu items (I have created an example for you – Colors menu subitem) After that go to Appearance > Menus > edit your menu and choose the Static block in the first level menu item settings http://prntscr.com/rewrek

If you want to implement something else then provide me mockup for better understanding and I’ll create you example.

We did not change anything that may affect the backend of frontend site speed. We don’t have suggestions for the backend optimization because individual site optimization is outside of our support and we don’t have advanced optimization specialists.
Theme supports WooCommerce 4.0, so you can update it.

You can use icons/images for the first level of the menu, if you want to use images for the subitems in your mega menu then we would recommend you to create mega menu using static block https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk

1) What is the resolution of the image that you are trying to upload? Why do you need an image larger than 2500px? Too large images slow down the site. Also, we would recommend you to optimize all the images that you plan to upload to your Dashboard using optimization service, for example https://tinypng.com/

2) Follow the WooCommerce documentation to set up shipping rates https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/
These settings are not related to our theme (these settings are default WooCommerce settings), so it’s outside the scope of our support. If you want to use mega menu don’t forget to choose it in the design settings http://prntscr.com/rebx2t then you’ll be able to manage the mega menu width.

1) If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to give you FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass. Hosting support knows.

2) Admin info means access to your WordPress Dashboard to login to WP Backend and check the page import.

First of all, check if everything is ok with the file permissions on your server because we get 403 error from time to time for different images on your site http://prntscr.com/re5y25 We can’t check your site without VPN, maybe problem with access is related to this but I’m not sure.
Also, keep the lazy loading option of the WP Rocket plugin disabled because it seems it conflicts with the zoom script http://prntscr.com/re5zad
Clear cache plugin and Cloudflare CDN caches after disabling of that option. Let me know if it helps.
