Hi, i have create categories but it´s not apearrs in dropdown menu , why?

Hello,

Please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots. Do you mean Shop page? Provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
Also, make sure that your categories are not empty and have products.

i see there 2 ways to make categories menu, with statick block or without statick block, but i can´t see how it`s works.

Dear,

Have you checked screenshots that I provided?
Provide correct temporary wp-admin access, so I can do an example on your site and provide more screenshots.
To add more categories here – http://prntscr.com/r8dr3m , go to Appearance > Menus > edit All department menu > find a block of product categories and select a few of categories then click on Add to menu. If you do not see product categories there, just enable them via Screen options http://prntscr.com/r8dstn
To edit this menu http://prntscr.com/r8dt2t , find out which static block is used – https://prnt.sc/r7velj then go to Statick block and edit one of the blocks – https://prnt.sc/r7ves7 – http://prntscr.com/r8duwy http://prntscr.com/r8dv2r (create new menu items http://prntscr.com/r8dvce or duplicate them http://prntscr.com/r8dvlg ).

Hello,

Yes, because mega menu with static block is not suitable for the mobile version. Create separate menu for the mobile version with simple items and subitems and choose this menu in mobile menu settings http://prntscr.com/rb1d9x
