Hello,

Looks that this is some glitch with the custom grid if there is only one custom layout. We have switched to the other one, newly created, and then to this one again and it works. We are working on fixing it on our test installation to avoid this issue in the future.

What template from our demos do you want to get? Could you provide us with link?

Hello,

We have fixed the saving of the mega menu options. Check now.
There is no need in the menu locations because header of our theme based on the header builder and you choose the menu location by yourself by moving the menu elements to necessary place http://prntscr.com/ryfutn

Problem is that plugin adds the “hidden” class to this field http://prntscr.com/ryfhzq
This class means that block should be hidden and our theme includes appropriate styles. And this is known bug as I can see at the forum of the plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/postal-code-missing-under-credit-card-info/
They promised to fix the issue but seems it was not fixed. Contact plugin author again.

Hello,

That option is the default option of the WPBakery page builder and WPakery does not have any advanced settings for the animation duration. You can manage the duration of the animation only if you use Massive Addons option http://prntscr.com/ryf3yd

You edited the main menu element and chose the menu with the title “Mobile menu” for the desktop menu http://prntscr.com/ryf0s0
But you need to edit the Mobile menu element to change the menu for the mobile version

Do you want to show all the items at the same time without toggle? Or you want to edit what items to show there? Then go to Appearance > Menus > edit your categories menu as I described you previous time http://prntscr.com/ryen4d I have created just an example, you need to finish your menu according to your needs.

1) Do you get other emails like new order etc from your site to that email?

2) We are not responsible for third-party plugins that you use. Our theme does not have special options to manage the billing details. If you use the third-party plugin to implement this contact plugin author to get the answer to all your questions related to plugin functions. Theme support is able to answer only to questions related strictly to theme setting/bugs.

But WPBakery Media grid element has know issues with the cache plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/masonary-grid-wp-cache/ . So, if you use cache plugin you may face such issue. Check the mentioned topic if any solution from there helps you or exclude page with grid from the cache in cache settings.

Hello,

You can use either Infinite Scroll option or Masonry layout. If only one of the options is enabled everything works fine. These 2 options can’t be enabled at the same time. So you need to choose.

Hello,

You can use that area to show any additional information like secondary menu or contact information or promo banner etc, anything that you want to show when user clicks that icon.
If you don’t want to have that hidden area go to Theme Options > Header > disable option http://prntscr.com/rwvkrk
