Not getting new items/brands/ in the list Sort by Brands

Hi,

I am facing an issue that when I try to add new brand i couldn’t find that in my sidebar list unless I delete any old new then i found in the list.
Please look at the attahed screenshot

Hello,

Make sure that your new brands are not empty.
Provide temporary wp-admin access and title of the new brand which isn’t shown in the sidebar.

Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins and clear cache?

No, I didn’t disable any plugin but cleared cache many times

Hello,

It seems that widget does not show empty brands. All the other are on the list. Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the problem in more detail.

Hello,

We have tried to add brand and product to this brand and it appeared without deleting any other brand. only empty brands are missing as I can see.

No that’s not the case, Look i’ve added another brand and added 10 products to that brand and still its’ not coming in my list.
Why?

Hello,

Looks like some kind of the WooCommerce cache. We are investigating the issue. I’ll inform you once we find a solution.
