Selecting filter item popup error messege but still able to show the result

Hi, im having issue with selecting the filter item and it prom out message saying “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.”

I’ve tried Query type both AND and OR still having the same issue.

Hello,

Problem caused by LookBook for WooCommerce plugin. Seems they call the single product page scripts at the WooCommerce archive pages but it’s incorrect. So, contact the plugin author to fix this. Single product scripts should be called at the single product, not on the shop page.

Hi,

thank you for the advice, the error fixed but they detect another error which on the core plugin. here’s the screen shot they send to me. screen shot

Should i open another new topic for this error?

No, there is no need to submit a new topic. I passed this issue to our developers. Could you provide FTP access to your site to allow them to take a closer look?
