hi, I have your theme and the swatches plugin installed. But when I click on a variation it doesn’t change the gallery (i have variation gallery enabled)

See this page. I have two planters created with images, but I cannot change the variation

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
We do not have access to Plugins area in the Dashboard with credentials you provided, please check.
You do not need to use additional plugins for Variation swatches functionality. Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A In 6.2.12 version of the theme was added Variation gallery module (option) that allows uploading galleries for variations.

Hi Rose,

thank you for replying. If I disable the variation swatches plugin then I can’t select the type of swatch. When I enable it, I cannot make the selection on the product page.

I have the variation swatches that comes bundled with your theme enabled

The site is a multisite, so I gave you wrong user level. I added a new user, pleae go have a look
