    Hello,

Why did you copy the whole woocommerce folder to child theme http://prntscr.com/schr4g ?
It caused your issue with the QV because once I renamed that folder it works fine http://prntscr.com/schs7l

    Hello,

Yes. If you want to have the variation swatches or filter product by attributes using default WooCommerce filter widget your product should use the pre-created attribute instead of manual http://prntscr.com/sch5lo

    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider to fix the issue with SSL http://prntscr.com/scg0pb
It seems that your images do not load via https and are blocked.
I have installed Really Simple SSL plugin to temporarily fix the frontend but you need to resolve this problem with your hosting provider without plugin.

    Hello,

Ok, but could you, please, confirm that the main problem, the reason of your rating, 502 error was fixed by changes of the server limit?

If you need time to check the other theme options – no problem. You’ll be able to create new topics. But we would like to confirm that this issue is resolved and close this topic.

    Hello,

All the strings of our theme available for translation are placed in the xstore.pot file. If you created translation in the way it described in the documentation you’ll find it there https://gyazo.com/a93b7753e0da311d28439ac35f0221f2

    Hello,

    1) Gallery slider is our theme custom slider and third-party plugin does not work with it. That’s why you need to replace the woocommerce files in theme to overwrite our changes and allow plugin work with the default woocommerce gallery. In case you want to get slider there you need to contact plugin developers and ask for additional customization.

    2) To disable everything you need to remove custom code mentioned in documentation from the child theme functions.php, child theme style.css and remove xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product folder. To enable Lazy load for images again go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Images loading type.

Don’t have information about an estimated time of the API release. It’s in the process but can’t tell you when it will be ready.

    Hello,

I understand you but we don’t have such option. The translation allows you to do the same: replace the existing title by the other one.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. We have so many requests during these days.
    10. We use the default WooCommerce functions to display product images and it does not have custom size option by default.
    11. I have passed the issue to our developers and I’m working with our team to resolve the issue. I’ll inform you once we get any good news.
    12. It’s because of the lazy loading. Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Images loading type > Disable if you want to disable it. But it will affect page loading time. Also you may try LQIP type. Maybe it will be a better solution for you than disable it at all.

    Hello,

There is no special option. Use translation files to change that https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Hello,

Single product image allows to check the source image size and it was less than you mentioned, that’s why I provided it for you.

Shop page images have 300×300 http://prntscr.com/sc6xoy and size comes from the Customizer > WooCommerce > Product images > thumbnails size. But there is no need to set 1000 there, in settings because image block is just 190px width and your shop page will be slower because will load huge images that are resized to small block.

You can read WooCommerce docs about image sizes https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme. It’s possible only by additional customization.

    Hello,

Use our Static Blocks to create footer https://youtu.be/gY-x4m47Duo

Video displays the WPBakery editor for the static blocks but you can enable the Elementor to edit them in the Elementor settings.

    Hello,

WP and WooCommerce generates different sizes for the original image to use them in appropriate place. For example there is no need to show full product image 1000×1000 at the shop page and WooCommerce generates 300×300 (depending on your settings) and uses it etc.
If you remove images that you used on your site for the banners, products etc from the uploads folder then you will lose them on the frontend. Actually it’s not related to theme. You can read more information about WP media in the WP docs I think.
That service has WP plugin (around 500 free optimizations limit) and allows to choose what images to optimize.

    Hello,

Oh, it was almost a month ago. I don’t remember, really. We have so many clients every day that don’t remember changes we made the month ago. Sorry. But if we made changes then it was in child theme. So, keep child theme files in safe.
