Our theme allows adding 1 custom tab common for all the products http://prntscr.com/sctwxg (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs) and 1 individual custom tab http://prntscr.com/sctxku (Products > edit your product). That’s all. If you need more tabs you can implement it by additional customization, for example, http://prntscr.com/sctxku or using third-party plugins.

Check the page using Chrome console to find out what image is loaded via http. Edit page and replace this image by the one from your media library. Or install Really Simple SSL plugin, it also helps to fix images that are loaded via HTTP instead of HTTPS.

1) It’s caused by the login form that persists for the desktop and mobile headers. You may skip these notices.
2) I suppose this issue could be related to third-party plugin that you use http://prntscr.com/sctmnt Try to disable and check. I’m sure that it’s not related to notices from 1 question.
If you don’t touch the DataBase you won’t lose the changes, maybe some images but not the page, options editing. Just take the files of your WP installation from the old backup and extract them in the right folder.
There is only a fatal error instead of the login form http://prntscr.com/scssq9 and blank page instead of your site.
I don’t know what you removed but it was bad idea.
If you are not an advanced user of WP and are not very familiar with its folder structure and WP core files or theme files then don’t touch anything. In case you want to optimize images you may use special services to optimize them before uploading to your media library. If you already uploaded images to Media then you need to use special WP plugins to optimize images, there are a lot of such plugins with different purposes. But don’t remove any files from theme or plugins folders because you just break your site. What you probably did.

Don’t edit and don’t remove any files or images from /wp-content/themes/xstore/ That is theme folder and all the files placed there are required for the correct theme work. Of course, I’m not talking about cases if any files are infected by the virus. Then you need just replace the folder by the original one that you always can find on ThemeForest.

Go to Dashboard > Updates > press Check Again button to force the check of theme and core plugin update. Maybe your server or WP configuration in a way to prevent checking of the new updates, not sure.

I have activated theme using your purchase code and updated to the newest version. But keep in mind that we are not responsible for your site if you face any problems with hacking because of nulled version that you used.

2) We don’t have such option. You can use tabs to display that information
3) Provide me with link to page that has mentioned issues to check and test. Also, provide screenshots of the problems with its layout for better understanding.

If you want to make some changes in a few files only then copy just these few files, there is no need to copy woocommerce folder with all the files inside. Copy only files that you want to overwrite and keep the folder structure, for example, to make changes in related.php copy it to xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/related.php and make your changes.

I meant that if you want something completely different from versions I provided then you will need to create a design (mockup) of your pages. And our support will be able only to tell you if elements from your mockup can be created using our theme settings/elements or not. We don’t have a service of personal design, unfortunately.
I would suggest you to optimize images before uploading them to your WP Media library. In case you want to optimize images you already uploaded use the WP plugin from the Tiny PNG authors.
I’m not sure about PHP files in the uploads folder. Our theme does not load any PHP files to that folder. So, if you have any PHP there I would suggest you scan your WP installation by antivirus.
