Funny when you buy something and it immediately fails, installs so much confidence in the fact you spent money on a dud.

Can’t do anything but start again!

    502 BAD GATEWAY!!!!!!!

    Hello Brightskyapps,

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for contacting our team, we will help you to sort out the problem.
    1) Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
    2) Provide us with server error logs to get detailed information about the mentioned error and WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Regards

Can’t even reply to your emails, that’s how bad your support is! Emails just bounce straight back, pathetic. How am I meant to send you information when you are incapable of even receiving an email?

ALL OF MY SETTINGS ON MY SERVER ARE CORRECT, YOUR CODE IS PATHETIC AND JUST CONSTANTLY THROWS ERRORS

    Hello,

I understand how frustrating this must be but keep calm, please!
Caps do not help to solve the problem and just makes the text hard to read.

You need to understand that we ask you about access to your site to help you! We don’t need it just in case, how might you think, because we have a lot of requests and don’t have time for unconstructive conversations. If you don’t answer to our questions you just make our conversation long and it does not help in any way. Hope you understand.

Different servers have some special settings that could cause compatibility issues with some theme or plugin settings. We also asked you about server error logs. Did you check them? Could you, please, share it to find out what is the reason of your problem?

Also, if you feel that you don’t want to solve the problem and share access to allow us to check the errors and settings that might be caused them then you can submit refund request https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    Regards

So you want me to answer you on here but ask me to do it on an email that bounced back?

And you think I am frustrated? Of course I am, because you have conflicting processes.

    I can provide admin access.

The log files even with debug on show nothing but errors for amazon polly, which isn’t even being used.

I will provide error logs, but asking for FTP access is pathetic, if you can’t work your own problems out without having to fiddle with things that will break again on redeployment then you are wasting my time. I have scripts to deploy so individuals changing settings directly on one server is extreme bad practice. I’m not therefore surprised you ask for this.

    Here is the error:

Go to Store in Admin, click Theme options on a BRAND NEW CLEAN install with everything on latest version:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at you@example.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

As a programmer of over 25 years, it amazes me how people think they can still get away with releasing code that is simply not fit for purpose.

Debug.log when WP debug set to true:

    [04-May-2020 20:59:39 UTC] AmazonAI_PollyService::save_post Saving post ( id=6659 )

    And THAT IS IT!!!

Also, your theme is telling me I have 40MB Max Memory when its set to 1024. Just look in the PHP info.

And yes it’s frustrating, I make a lot of money and when people lose me time because of them selling me something I rely on to do my business and then blame me for their incompetence theN yes, it’s Very Frustrating.

    Hello,

    1) Login credentials that you provided do not work. Please, check the login and password and provide the correct one to allow our support team to do their job!

    2) In case Internal server error appears then the fatal error should be in the server error logs. Internal server error does not appear without it. If you are a programmer of over 25 years you probably know this. So, make a double check of the server error logs.

Also, we use default PHP functions to check the memory limit. You can also go to WooCommerce > Status > check what the limit WooCommerce plugin detects. WooCommerce plugin is developed by another company.

Waiting for correct access to your WP Dashboard.

    Regards

    1) Ok, I just tested the login again and it does work, maybe you should take your caps-lock off. That’s another day lost through incompetence.
    2) Seems you don’t provide a way for people to provide you logs, stupid that really considering you don’t support by email, so I guess you just leave it up to us to provide you with a means to access the log file? 25 Years has taught me not to disrespect my customer, maybe you should learn that.
    From Woo Commerce:
    WordPress memory limit: 1 GB
    Server info: Apache
    PHP version: 7.3.14
PHP post max size: 40 MB
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input vars: 4000
    cURL version: 7.68.0, OpenSSL/1.1.1d
    SUHOSIN installed: –
    MySQL version: 8.0.18
    Max upload size: 40 MB

Play around with your demo for a few minutes watch it fall over.

    Hello,

We do respect our customers and always try to help as soon as we can. But we are limited by the client’s response and the client’s willingness to cooperate. Also, if you are a developer and work with clients I believe that you know how you feel yourself when the client blames you of things that are beyond your control and are not related to your product directly.

    1) You put the dot at the end of the password and probably it caused the issue with the login because we copied full the pass with that dot. I tried without it and was able to log in.

    2) There is a lot of cloud services that allow to upload the file and share the link without access to your server. We ask access just to speed us the process and fix the issue if it’s related to our theme. In your case it’s related to your server params than to our theme.
Checked your log and I suppose problem is related to SubstituteMaxLineLength.
You can also try to add those rules to your .htaccess file:

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
    </IfModule>

    Let me know about results.

Also, I see that you installed all the bundled plugin and 2 page builders at the same time (WPBakery and Elementor). If you plan to use Elementor then there is no need to keep activated WPBakery page builder and Massive Addons for the WPBakery because two page builders may conflict. Every additional plugin uses additional resources of your server and slows down the site, so read about every plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and keep activated only those you really plan to use and disable all the other plugins.

    Hello,

    1) So, did the previous code help you? Could you, please remove your rating? Because as you can see server error was not related to our theme.
And if you have had provided us with all the necessary information at the start we would help you in no time.

    2) Notice that you provided is related to WooZone plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-amazon-affiliates-wordpress-plugin/3057503 as you can see. It looks that plugin use functions that are deprecated for your PHP version. Do you plan to sell products from the Amazon? Disable this plugin if you don’t.
We are not plugin developers, https://codecanyon.net/user/aa-team team has created the plugin, so we can’t fix the mentioned notice, we can just inform the plugin developers that they have such issue. I posted the question here https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-amazon-affiliates-wordpress-plugin/3057503/comments?page=341&filter=all#comment_24232450

    Hello,

Ok, but could you, please, confirm that the main problem, the reason of your rating, 502 error was fixed by changes of the server limit?

If you need time to check the other theme options – no problem. You’ll be able to create new topics. But we would like to confirm that this issue is resolved and close this topic.

It was not fixed by setting the server limit, I still get those errors.
How can I remove all the pages that the demo installs, Is there not a way to start from a fresh install so I can build this store and test it properly without the demo content?
Also, there is an exit popover when you try to leave the site, where is this managed in the theme?
And, when I click on marketing it jumps straight to WooCommerce.

    Hello,

    1) Do you still get the 502 error or error from the WooZone plugin?
    2) If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ In case you don’t need demo content then just don’t install it, skip that step and install only necessary plugins via Appearance > Install plugins (XStore core and page builder are required, all the other plugins you may install depending on options you need)
Also, during demo content installation you can also manage what content you want to install, for example https://gyazo.com/7958fa40dc8458c4dd2c626939946d7b
    3) Provide me screenshot of that popup for better understanding.

Yes, I am still getting the error when I use the customise theme menu.

Here is the screengrab of the popover.

Also, I tried to install languages as per your directions, but when I add a language it doesn’t show the “Save” button highlighted.

    Screenshot of that:

    Hello,

    1) 502 error? Or what error? Provide screenshot, please.

    2) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the connection block and remove newsletter element if you don’t want to show it or edit its settings according to your needs http://prntscr.com/sd56uq

    3) Did you read theme documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation ? From your screenshot I see that you placed your translation to the wrong directory and you will lose it after theme update. Move your files to System or Custom directory, Don’t use Author directory http://prntscr.com/sd58i6
Also, to get the Save button active you need to translate something at least.

I believe the 502 is caused by this:

!!! ERROR: main box container not found!
    a.fn.init [selector: ".WooZone-country-check:first", prevObject: n.fn.init(1), context: document]
    context: document
    length: 0

    Hello,

    1) Our customers share their partial translations. The number of translated strings may vary because we got them from clients and many of them translated just strings necessary for them. You can use these translations. You need to place translation files to the folder mentioned on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/sd58i6
    Either wp-content/languages/themes/ or wp-content/languages/loco/themes/
DO NOT place files to wp-content/themes/xstore/languages/
If you use translation files from our clients don’t forget to update them https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update

    2) You did you answer my question from one of the previous messages. Do you plan to sell products from the Amazon?
Provide me screenshot or would better short video of the error that you get. I need to understand how to reproduce the error to find out what could be the reason of it.

WooCommerce error log (WooCommerce > Status > Logs) display fatal error caused by Stripe plugin http://prntscr.com/sd98rb, not by WooZone.

And could you, please, tell me how long do you work with WordPress? I need to know this to understand how detailed my instructions should be.

    Regards
