Take my apologies but I have replaced just one file that could not affect widgets.
I have added product categories, price filter and filter by color to that area.
If you want to add any other widgets to that area go to Appearance > drag and drop the necessary widgets to the Filter widget area.

If you need checkbox we would recommend you to use Contact Form & plugin to create contact form, there you’ll be able to add multiple email addresses.

You can’t edit product styles on the shop page using Elementor. If you want to edit shop page layout use Theme Options > WooCommerce > and check the options, there are a lot of settings for different aspects of the shop page.

Thank you. We have passed your issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.
I meant not this global option https://prnt.sc/sbnqt6 but the local one: Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Masonry. It’s not compatible because masonry script take the height of the elements to place then one by one. If you use products Infinite Scroll that loads more products it changes the height of the page and causes overlap effect when new product appear over the previously loaded.
I would recommend Lazy loading for the images. And also use TinyPng service to optimize images before uploading to your media library https://tinypng.com/ It allows to optimize images a lot to reduce the size of your page and speed up the site because of this.
