Hello,

I’ll have to hire a programmer to fix this problem,

I suppose yes because we don’t have more options for this. You may submit a customization request here if you are looking for additional customization.

Hello,

I see. I’m afraid that a single builder does not have options to align the mentioned information in this way.

Hello Fabio,

Go to /wp-admin/options.php.
Find revslider-static-css and copy the input content to a safe place just in case and clear the input after that http://prntscr.com/sgxa9f Save your changes http://prntscr.com/sgxbd0

Hello,

In this case, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to allow to check the issue and help you. We can’t detect the reason of the problem by description only.

Hello,

It depends on what you put there I suppose http://prntscr.com/sgwhfj
Provide us with link to your product to make sure.

Hi there, dear friend,

Nice to see you here again ? And cool site!
The problem is related to the current Instagram API, respond does not include videos, only images. We will switch to the new API (I hope it will be soon) and then video placeholder will appear with the video icon.
Till this happened I would recommend you to try third-party plugin, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/

Hello,

If you don’t remember your registration email address or password theme author can’t help with this. We are able to help only with issues related to our theme like fatal error related to theme or XStore core plugin, problems with theme settings. Actually, I thought that you faced some fatal error. Account details can’t be changed after theme or plugin update. Reset your email or password via DataBase.

This plugin does not come bundled with our theme http://prntscr.com/sgw1u4
Rename it to disable or remove it via FTP.

Hello,

I don’t have a list of such plugins because users look for them by themselves. But anyway, I saw that some of our clients used Uber menu. Not sure if it suits your need but you may take a closer look at plugin description.

Hello,

We provide support via support forum only. Please, don’t use that email for the support questions. We sent you that email only for the invitation!
If you need to share your images use Lightshot screenshot free tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html

1) To translate registration popup go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > edit plugin translation http://prntscr.com/sguzp0

2) Refresh the page after resize. Fixed header script calculates the correct position of the header taking into account the device width while loading the page, if you just resize the page it does not re-calculate the position.

3) Do you use Elementor menu cart element anywhere on your site? Because it looks that Elementor Pro just replaces the content of our mini-cart http://prntscr.com/sgusfp
It’s not our theme cart content, that’s why you have this issue. Once I disable the Elementor Pro and enable it again I don’t see the issue https://gyazo.com/6850fd3cd72fdd028f8421ce0d3dcbd4 but then you tell me that it appears again and I suppose you add the Elementor cart element somewhere on your site and that causes mentioned issue. Could you tell us where?

4) Customers could be redirected to the cart page by click at the cart title https://gyazo.com/2526fc2381388b0632f74bc5eef1e824 If you suggest to add the button, please, submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ and our developers will implement this of your proposition gets many likes.

Hello,

Store Notice is the WooCommerce option, not our theme option. We don’t have additional settings to manage its position. So, it’s possible to change the position of the default WooCommerce Store notice by additional customization only.

Hello,

1) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.content-product .button {
  -webkit-backface-visibility: visible;
  backface-visibility: visible;
}

Let me know if it helps.

2) I suppose that the fixed header script ignores the admin bar height to calculate the position of the top/main/bottom header. Could you provide us with link to site where it works(width access) to check?

Regards

Hello,

It’s the default behavior of the columns for the mobile – 100% width. In case you want to change this use the WPBakery responsive options for the columns http://prntscr.com/sgqem1

Hello,

1) Shop page banner appears only on the shop page, not on the product category page. If you want to add banner on the product category you should add it to category description. Maybe you forgot to clear plugin cache, that’s why you did not see the changes. We would not recommend using cache plugin during the development process. Enable it once you finish.

2) If you want to show the same banner next to the header before the breadcrumbs then use multiple headers option and create special header with the static block shortcode in the bottom header and show it for the shop and product categories only https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
Because shop page banner appears after the breadcrumbs only (full-width or in container but only after the breadcrumbs).

Hello,

All the settings to manage content of special pages like cart, checkout, my account you can find in WooCommerce > Settings. There are no options to edit content of these pages in our theme. Of course, you can make changes by additional customization via FTP in case you have PHP, CSS and JS skills. But keep in mind that you should use child theme for these purposes, never edit parent theme files or files of the core plugin because you will lose your customization after theme/plugin update.
