Hello, i cant get the image size function to work. I set it for 400px, but it doesnt change.

I added photo in what size i want to see it, but it dont work. Or this function is not for it? Same for thumbnail. I regenrated it, refreshed and purged cache, done everything.

    Hi,

Image size on the shop page comes from WooCommerce settings (Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce > Product images), our theme does not have any additional options for this.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    1) Could you provide link to your site?
    2) What is the size of your original image? In case the width less than 300px or 400px WP does not apply any changes to the images.
    3) Option you change limits just width of the image, not its height in case you do not use crop option http://prntscr.com/sgwf2k

    Regards

    1) its in maintance, so i can make an login for you.

    2)Original image size 1000×1200

    3) this option for thumbnail of shop page. For example if i set 20px width, its doesnt change at all.
