After updating the theme - by agri8theme

Hi,

1.
After updating the theme, when I tried to access the theme options, the following was displayed.
“You do not have permission to access this page.”

2.
After updating the theme, the icon in the header was switched arbitrarily.

Pleas help.

Hello,

What version of the theme did you use before the update?
Have you updated Core plugin?
Make sure that all required plugins are installed and activated – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/Included_Plugins

Hi,

The version before the update is “6.1”.
All required plugins have been installed and activated.
However, when “Redux Framework” is activated, pages other than the front page become display errors.

Hello,

I see that you use child theme and changed a number of files like footer.php, header.php and it could be the reason of your issue because probably some code is out of date there. Please, provide us with the FTP access to take a look at these files and fix the code.
