Hello,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have 3 levels mega menu. Conditional Menus allows to show different menus for the different pages, it’s not build the mega menus, isn’t it?
If you just need to show the different menus for the different pages or categories you can use multiple headers option https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
But if you need 3levels mega menu then you should look for some plugins for the mega menus that allow the creation of such mega menus.

Hello,

I have tried to change the color of the row, for example, and don’t see issues.
Could you, please, tell me what exactly did you try to change?

Hello,

We don’t see the login form http://prntscr.com/sovkhi
To translate that texts go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin > edit your translation or create it if you have not created it yet and translate the mentioned strings.

If your site worked fine but suddenly, without any changes from the theme side, it became slow then contact your hosting provider about this. All the theme options that could help you to speed up your site you can find in Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Also, read the main tips for the site optimization https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Hello,

We don’t have option to copy only custom CSS from another demo. It’s possible to do manually by copying custom CSS from one site and pasting on another.

Regards

Hello,

If you want to use that plugin keep this option disabled http://prntscr.com/sov0i4
It’s not compatible with that plugin (for the bundled products).

Regards

Hello,

I have updated the theme and all the bundled plugins. Update Formidable Forms Pro plugin by yourself because it requires a license and this plugin is not included in our theme.
Check the site, please, and let me know if you need anything else.

Hello,

Admin access is incorrect http://prntscr.com/soo47n
Also, fix the missing images issue http://prntscr.com/soo7on because this affects site speed too.

Hello,

Option to display vendor on the single product page should be in the vendor plugin settings not in the theme because there are a lot of vendors plugins (Dokan, WC Multivendor, Product vendors, WCFM marketplace, WC marketplace etc ). Theme author can’t add tens of special option for every existing multivendor plugin, hope you understand.
To show the Dokan vendor name on the single product if you use single product builder try below code in the child theme functions.php

add_action( 'etheme_woocommerce_template_single_title','sold_by' );
function sold_by(){
        global $product;
        $seller = get_post_field( 'post_author', $product->get_id());
        $author  = get_user_by( 'id', $seller );
        $vendor = dokan()->vendor->get( $seller );

        $store_info = dokan_get_store_info( $author->ID );
        if ( !empty( $store_info['store_name'] ) ) { ?>
                <span class="details">
                    <?php printf( 'Sold by: <a href="%s">%s</a>', $vendor->get_shop_url(),  $vendor->get_shop_name() ); ?>
                </span>
        <?php
    }
}

Hello,

I have deactivated all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and site works http://prntscr.com/socqmg Probably one of the third-party plugins caused that error.
So, go to your Plugins and disable third-party plugins one by one looking at which one causes the issue. Once you find contact plugin author to fix the problem.

Regards

Hello,

Yes, we know. But our developers need some time to find correct solution for this issue that won’t cause problems with other options. So, we need some time to fix it. We plan the new update the next week, so you won’t wait for a long time.

Hello,

1) Optimize images https://gyazo.com/4822e19f139f5a44f39f4ddb8ed30eb2 For example https://tinypng.com/ service is very cool to optimize images.
2) I see that your page loads a number of styles and scripts of the additional plugins http://prntscr.com/socc2z Do you use the functionality of these plugins? If not then why do you keep them enabled? Don’t enable plugins just in case, enable it only if you plan to use options that plugin offers. So, check the list of third-party plugins and disable those you don’t use.
3) Install the cache plugin and enable minification for the styles and scripts.
In general, read this post https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ and follow the recommendations.
