Xstore header missing on vendor dashboard

Hi there, I have the installed the xstore theme, and wc marketplace plugin, but I can’t get the main site header to display in the logged in vendor dashboard area. I’m not sure if the issue is with the xstore theme/settings or with wc marketplace, but the dashboard takes up the entire page and looks very different to the main website. When I go into the backend pages, and into the ‘vendor dashboard’ page, I can’t see any header page options. Any suggestions how to rectify?

Also, the home page has a login popup/widget, and once logged in the widget displays a dropdown menu. I would really like to be able to edit the dropdown menu links so they correspond with the vendor dashboard menu/endpoints. The customise area has boxes to input ‘elements’, but I’m not sure what to input here. Any help with these would be greatly appreciated.

– Screenshots of issues
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

Thanks for your help. I have added admin login in the private content box.
I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to attach a screen shot here. I have taken screen shots and typed out an email, if you’d like to receive those via email?

Hello,

1) Checking the plugin documentation I see that this is how Dashboard of that plugin looks https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-frontend-manager/#nav-4 If you want to change something with Dashboard you need to contact plugin author, not our support.

2) We display the default WooCommece account menu. If you want to change it you may try to do this by additional customization, for example, https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/my-account-menu.html

One more question on this – wc marketplace plugin support have advised I will need to enqueue the theme contents, so they appear on the dashboard page. Presumably I will need to add enqueue script into the functions.php file. Would you be able to provide suggested enqueue script I could try at all?

Hello,

Plugin does not call theme header/footer by default as I understand no matter what theme you use default WP theme or XStore. If plugin author did not gave you code to change this and you need help with additional customization submit customization request here. We are sorry but our basic support does not include customization service especially if it’s not related to theme options but to third-party plugins that you use. Or contact plugin author and clarify what code you should use to implement that. We are able to help you only with issues caused by the parent theme.
