To implement filter by art and artist go to Products > Attributes and create attribute Art and attribute Artist with the necessary terms. After that go to Products > edit product and apply appropriate attribute https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-6

After that you’ll be able to add the WooCommerce Product filter widgets to the Shop widget area (Appearance > Widgets) to allow your users to filter products by the art and artist like there are filters by size and color.

Update from 4.28.1 to 6.x will cause some style changes. So, I would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the production) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to staging site. We’ll help you with theme update, you’ll check if everything is suitable for you after update. If yes then we’ll help you with production site update, if no then we’ll fix issues and move staging to production only once everything is fine.

We checked the issue and unfortunately plugin that you use has functions that can’t be overwritten in child theme to show the button with the single product builder. Also, we found that there is shortcode to display the quote button https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/shortcodes/add-to-quote-button/ that could be used in the CUstom HTML element but seems it’s available for the pro version only.
