Hello,

1) Do you want to remove the breadcrumbs and keep the title only for the single product only or for other pages too (like shop page, product category, other simple pages etc)?
2) Yes, provide us with temporary WP Dashabord access because we can’t check the site without it.

Regards

Hello,

You forget about FTP. Please, provide us with FTP access to your site to check the files and help you.

Hello,

Update from 4.28.1 to 6.x will cause some style changes. So, I would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the production) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to staging site. We’ll help you with theme update, you’ll check if everything is suitable for you after update. If yes then we’ll help you with production site update, if no then we’ll fix issues and move staging to production only once everything is fine.

What do you think?

Hello,

Point is that we don’t face mentioned problem https://gyazo.com/8a33d050aa8f97629f1400909f5d80d8

And described problem looks like cache issue of the CDN/cache plugin + browser cache, we already had similar requests and cache clearing solved it.

You are welcome!

Hello,

Ok, sure. Thank you for your understanding, a pleasure to work with!

Hello,

We checked the issue and unfortunately plugin that you use has functions that can’t be overwritten in child theme to show the button with the single product builder. Also, we found that there is shortcode to display the quote button https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/shortcodes/add-to-quote-button/ that could be used in the CUstom HTML element but seems it’s available for the pro version only. So, use pre-created layouts of you need that plugin and customize default product layout using child theme and WooCommerce hooks to change the position of some elements https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/

Hello,

Sorry, but I did not include the bar first time because our clients ask to avoid sharing their URLs very often.
Here is the video with the bar https://gyazo.com/89960dd4a299ea3f1f7e5ac2f021fe9d
But I was able to log in to your Dashboard using Firefox browser. But still can’t connect to FTP.
Could you, also tell me your actions to get that error? Because I checked your logs and don’t see new log files with the mentioned error.

Hello,

Hello,

We found that you placed broken svg code for the wishlist, cart elements. That code caused JS errors even if you switched to default icons. So, we removed code and the problem disappeared.
