Unfortunately, I don’t remember your site very well before the update, so don’t understand what styles were changed. Could you, please, explain in more detail? At this moment I see just messed widgets only. So, go to Appearance > Widgets > check the prefooter, footer and copyrights widgets and move them to correct areas.

1) This issue occurs if you moved your site from the other domain/localhost to the current domain. So, go to XStore > Dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it again using your purchase code.
2) Go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press Check again button.
3) After these steps try to update theme again. And don’t forget to update XStore core plugin after that.
Of course do the backup of the files and DB before all these actions.
