    Hello,

Point is that we don’t face mentioned problem https://gyazo.com/8a33d050aa8f97629f1400909f5d80d8

And described problem looks like cache issue of the CDN/cache plugin + browser cache, we already had similar requests and cache clearing solved it.

    Regards

    Good afternoon,

It seems there is a possible javascript error on the website after the latest theme update. The menu icon, quantity +/- buttons, and the promo code field are all non-functional. I tried using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera browsers, all with the same result.

Please advise and thank you – login credentials were previously sent.

    Hello,

I suppose you are using CloudFlare CND and especially its minification option. Please, disable CDN minification because some browsers block CDN minified scripts and it caused your issue.

    Good afternoon,

I am not using Cloudflare CDN – I also am not using any script minified tools

Numerous users have reported this same issue, all after the latest Theme Update – please advise / provide support – admin credentials were submitted in the private area on the original ticket entry.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Maybe your hosting provider enabled it by default or something but if we try to visit your site we get error http://prntscr.com/t0cbdl Only if we use US VPN we are able to check the site. And if we check the site we don’t face any issue, I have already sent you a short video https://gyazo.com/4b0b9f047e9a9d39ea4f9c8bafdf16e7
So, please, clarify situation with your hosting provider about CDN you use and clear the CDN cache.

    Regards

    Hi there,

The issue is on mobile – users cannot use dropdown menus. For example, please view the website on mobile and click “Shop” – the website does not let the dropdown appear.

This happened after the last update of the theme – numerous website users have reported this issue.

Note that we have closed traffic outside of US and CAN on purpose – you will need to use a VPN.

Also note that I have checked with host – there is no caching or CDN in place – Cloudflare also has the cache cleared and CDN disabled.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

We can’t check your site using real device because we get error http://prntscr.com/t1g9y4 We are located in Europe and it looks that you don’t allow access to your site for Europe.
If we use VPN and Chorome emulation we don’t see the issue https://gyazo.com/474ad0237f554740f44fbfa158908318

Could you, please, send us a video of your problem with the mobile menu?

    Regards
