Theme deleting gives you nothing because all the data of the content of the pages, products etc are saved to DB. So, if you want to use from scratch and install the WPBakery version then you need to re-install the WP or use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ plugin to reset DB and get clean WP installation to pass through the setup wizard again and install correct version.

I have disabled it and everything works fine. Our theme comes with a built-in Lazy loading option for the product images, so custom carousel may conflict with the third-party Lazy loading options, keep it disabled.
