    Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
    Our theme does not have any special options to restore the products. I see that you have plugins for the Import/Export. Did you import products after deleting? Do you have any schedule of the DB restoring or something?

    2) We need access to your Dashboard to check the slider settings and layer settings in more detail. Point is that you need to edit not just slider layout but resize the layers size to feet different devices well.     3) I’m afraid that there is no such option. you can only play with the image size (width/height) to find the optimal proportion that will suit different devices.

    1) “So I click “toggle fuzzy” to make them “not fuzzy” – yes. Fuzzy strings have a gold color.
    2) Almost all strings are translated https://prnt.sc/tctoco Shipping word translation also is related to Dokan Pro. You can disable plugin and check that it will be translated after that.

    Massive Addons plugin for WPBakery https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839 is the additional addon for the WPBakery, it’s not for the Elementor plugin and as we know they don’t have such extension for the Elementor, unfortunately.

    Hello,

    1) This option works for the simple products because simple products have the Ajax add to cart. If you want to show the cart for the variable products it’s not possible because we don’t have Ajax add to cart for the variable products, unfortunately.

    2) We don’t have such an option by default. Sorry.

    It seems issue was caused by the following option https://prnt.sc/tcsin6
    I have disabled it and everything works fine. Our theme comes with a built-in Lazy loading option for the product images, so custom carousel may conflict with the third-party Lazy loading options, keep it disabled.

    Hello,

    It looks that your app calls to woocommerce template files from the xstore/woocommerce but did not call the additional theme-functions.php file from subdirectory that is required for the customized templates of the woocommerce from our theme. We tried to find the way to call our functions but with no luck. Could you, please, ask the app developer about any filter or something to call the additional theme-functions.php in addition to using woocommerce templates from our theme if their app calls to these xstore custom templates?

But we found that if you add the hashtag then you get the notice that you can’t show the media by hashtag probably because of the permissions of your FB user. If you want to be able to show the media from your business account by hashtag you need to make sure that FB user that you used to generate token and related to your Instagram has all the necessary permissions https://prnt.sc/tclgs2 https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview# In other cases you’ll be able to show the media from your Instagram account but not the media by hashtag.

    You are using Cloudflare and I suppose that your issue was related to CDN cache. We would recommend clearing cache always after the update.
