Hello,
A lot of strings in the theme translation files are fuzzy, for example https://prnt.sc/tb787v . Once I set that translation is finished it works. Checkout looks translated for me https://prnt.sc/tb797k
These strings http://prntscr.com/tb98j8 are related to Dokan pro plugin I found them in the Dokan translation file and once the plugin is deactivated theme translation works http://prntscr.com/tb9d6w I’m not sure why Dokan translation does not work. I have already synced it with the existing pot file but nothing. Contact plugin support about this. Maybe pot file is out of date and you need to update it.

Hello,
1) Cache plugins has option to disable cache for the site admins. That’s why if you are logged in you see uncached version of your site.
2) I disabled the Masonry yesterday. It’s not related if you are logged in or not or to cache.
3) All I can do for you, in this case, is set 100% for the mentioned images but then they will be blurred a little bit when the image block is bigger than the image. So, decide for yourself.
4) 245px width. Also, I would like to recommend you TinyPng service https://tinypng.com/ for image optimization, it’s really good.
Your Instagram account is business account but you connected it like personal. Please, remove the existing account and connect it like Business http://prntscr.com/tb6due
After that edit page where you use Instagram and choose the newly added account to show Instagram feeds.

Hello,
You did not mention port in the first message. Once we added the port we are able to connect to your server.
We tried to reproduce the issue and get the error but we can’t. Once we visit the site everything is ok https://gyazo.com/2bc5ac2df658c61d3253e83da7ccae98 and there are no errors in the error logs after clearing http://prntscr.com/tb5l9u
So, it looks that error appears when something very specific was made. Can’t install your App because we are from another country and it’s not allowed in our region. Maybe your app disables theme functions in some way? We don’t have an idea until we don’t understand which of your actions generate those errors.

Could you, please, update theme to the latest version 6.3.7 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.7.1? Check the checkout after that. If you still have a problem after that then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
Use child theme if you want to make any changes in theme functionality or add new features.
We are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy, we are able to help only with existing options. So, if you need help with additional customization (in both questions) submit customization requests to our partners WPKraken team.
By default, you can only change the preloader gif in Theme Options > General / Layout > Preloader image.

2) The hover effect displays the first image from the product gallery. You added the same first image to the product gallery as the featured image, so you get it on hover. Set the first gallery image different than the featured image and check.

To allow 2 vendors to sell on your site you need to use a multivendor plugin. There are a lot of them, for example, Dokan, WCFM Marketplace, WC marketplace, WooCommerce Product vendors etc. Choose the one that will suit your needs most of all.
