Dashboard > Static blocks > edit Prefooter and Footer blocks.
This block is Prefooter http://prntscr.com/tc2mcs to unselect it for your Home page, edit the page > [8theme] Layout options http://prntscr.com/tc2mn8 – set Inherit.

Actually I wanted to make a footer link https://prnt.sc/tc8n2s . But I can not find the Widgets in your link. For example. New letter options, Payment Options etc. I want to select few pages of of list. But it shows all pages https://prnt.sc/tc8q18 🙁

1) Use the custom HTML to show the limited list of links and replace # by link to your page https://prnt.sc/tct17t
