I can not edit or preview the site,
I got an Error to get into the WordPress I don’t know this Error from Hosting or from the theme.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Enable WP debug mode https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Sorry it’s not working again when I choose the Child theme I got this message:

But what is new today I get info wp-admin and can put the User and Password and get into WordPress, Yesterday I Couldn’t get in.
The Hosting Support makes the default theme the site it’s working and the WordPress page working, but when I Choose the Child theme the same message.
And get the same Email from WordPress in Private content.

Provide us with FTP access to your WP installation because we need to check the code of the child theme that you have. Have you used the default child theme from the Downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads or you already made some customization?

I Used the Child theme that comes with package downloaded from Envato.
I didn’t make any Customization.
The FTP Access in the Private Content.

I don’t know why but a lot of theme files/folders were missing on the parent theme folder, for example https://prnt.sc/tcvbbj . We have reinstalled the parent theme and there is no fatal error. Check the site.
