Hello,

We found that there is js errors in the console. We tried to install the Cloudflare plugin to clear the CDN cache but it also gave the error http://prntscr.com/u1qtw1
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask why those files give 404 errors even if they physically are at place?

Go to Plugins > deactivate and remove the MA plugin. Install it again from the XStore > Plugin Installer. You’ll get the updated version.

Hello,

Please, read my question attentively:
It depends on the element you used there and what exactly you want to change: color, font-family, or font-size? If you want to change the font-family what font-family do you want to use?

Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site.

Regards

Hello,

Yes, we need WP Dashboard username and pass. Or update theme and XStore core plugin to latest versions by yourself https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk via FTP
Theme version should be 6.3.9.2 and XStore core 2.3.9.1.

Hello,

1) You can implement this by custom CSS only, for example

.content-product {
    border: 1px solid #efecec;
}

2) Nope.
3) Try to replace by the follwing

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px){
    .product {
        padding:0!important;
    }
}

Don’t forget to clear plugin cache and CDN cache.

Hello,

You may try third-party plugin, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-express/ or similar. It does not depend on theme but on WordPress.

Hello,

What exactly does not work? Product page description or theme options? Because you asked 2 questions in 1 topic and I’m not sure that understand what exactly does not work for you at this time. Don’t ask about different problems in the same topic to avoid misunderstanding.

Hello,

To make that message full screen add the below custom CSS

.et-notify {
    width: 100%;
    min-height:100vh;
    display:flex;
    align-items:center;
    justify-content:center;
}

Unfortunately, there is no option to edit it’s visibility or enable the close button. You may submit customization request here to implement this.
