Make sure that you enabled the Static Blocks in the builder settings, for example WPBakery https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ or Elementor > Settings > check the Static Block.
Also, we would not recommend you to nix the page builders because it will slow down your site. Choose the one and disable the other one.

Hello,
We found that there is js errors in the console. We tried to install the Cloudflare plugin to clear the CDN cache but it also gave the error http://prntscr.com/u1qtw1
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask why those files give 404 errors even if they physically are at place?

But we are not sure that the vendor page should display them if you enable that option.
What multivendor plugin do you use? Contact plugin author about this issue.
Go to Plugins > deactivate and remove the MA plugin. Install it again from the XStore > Plugin Installer. You’ll get the updated version.

Make sure that your hosting:
1. Allows http/https outgoing connections
2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.
If your hosting blocks outgoing connections, you won’t be able to activate the theme.

It’s related to js error you have http://prntscr.com/u1p9wk That is not related to WPBakery version. Such error appears because of cache plugins or CDN minification option/cache as a rule. Try to disable it and check.
What exactly does not work? Product page description or theme options? Because you asked 2 questions in 1 topic and I’m not sure that understand what exactly does not work for you at this time. Don’t ask about different problems in the same topic to avoid misunderstanding.
