Topic: Can't update theme and can't click register theme button

After I upgrade to WordPress 5.5 , the green register theme button is not clickable.

Since I can’t register theme so I can’t update to latest version 2.3.9.1

How can I do ?
Theme version: 2.3.7.1

Update theme via FTP to version 6.3.9.2.
