It looks the issue was related to your user roles. Once I changed it to Administrator only WPBakery works fine. Probably one of the roles (Händler or Wholesale Customer) does not allow WPBakery editing.

Marta has a lot of multiple headers and the live site and we stuck with some problems with multiple header styles for the new version. We are working on these moments, so can’t update her site before fix of these issues.
So, @MichaelB if you don’t use the multiple headers option we can update your site to a pre-released version if you use this option then wait for the update.
