Our cart is emptying on page change. Some important information:

1.) This happens for both authenticated (logged in) and non-authenticated (guest) users.

    2.) Caching is disabled.

3.) Problem still happens with all plugins deactivated.

4.) Happens in multiple browsers, and in incognito.

5.) Browser cache has been cleared.

    Any ideas?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Even the Ajax cart is emptying itself after a moment: the notification appears (“Item added to cart”), the counter moves from 0 to 1, if you hover over the cart you can see the product, and then a few seconds later the counter goes from 1 back to 0 with an empty cart. I don’t even have to change to a new page.

    Hello,

We tested your site with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront – and see the same situation https://gyazo.com/c2055fd7983291b3fc065172b57c3770
So, our theme is not the reason of the issue. Contact WooCommerce support to find the reason of this issue https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Regards

Just to mention I had something similar till yesterday – maybe it was because I used the same MySQL like the previous theme where I tested some plugins and so on. The thing I did – from my hosting account I selected Clear cache. It may keep something that cause problems. Hope it will help to you too
