WPBakery not working - by Conny - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi (:

I’m using:
WordPress 5.5.1
WPBakery Page Builder 6.4

and I’m not able to edit the pages using WPBakery. I’ve tried to google the problem but I’ve found nothing that works. If I try to edit a page, it does not show the page builder, but the shortcodes.

I suspect that it’s not working, because there are three erros in the javascript console:

Hello,

What version of the Revolution slider and Essential grid do you use?
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site, please.

Revolution Slider: Version 6.2.23
Essential Grid: Version 3.0.7

Hi Olga,

thank you for checking it out!
It seems like the problem doesn’t appear for the newly created user I’ve created for you. Just tried it out myself. The page you showed is one of the pages on which it’s not working.

Hello,

It looks the issue was related to your user roles. Once I changed it to Administrator only WPBakery works fine. Probably one of the roles (Händler or Wholesale Customer) does not allow WPBakery editing.
