No matter if you give us your access or create the new user with admin permissions. Also, provide us with FTP access to your site because as I can see you use the out of date version of theme and we need to update that.

Could you please give me a download link for the updated version of the theme ? so I can pass It to my Ftp provider, they don’t want to share the login data. Thank you !
We were able to update your theme via Dashboard. Check the mobile menu now, please.
