Did you read my previous message? Did you check the mail server error logs? What answer did you get from your hosting provider about sending the emails? Do you have this issue only when our theme is enabled? Does reset password email works if any other default theme is enabled?
We are able to help you only in case problem caused by our theme and if the default option (like reset pass) works fine with the default WP theme. If this option does not work even with the default theme we can do nothing because the problem is not related to theme files, we can edit only theme files, we can’t edit any files of plugins or server settings that are responsible for these things.

Blog page displays posts. You can edit posts from WP Dashboard > Posts > edit the posts. If you want to change the Blog page layout (sidebar position, grig, list etc) you can use Theme Options > Blog.
To get back the default settings you need to make the backup of these settings (Theme Options > Export/Import > download export file) and then if you want to restore them use this file to import settings. After the import don’t save changes, just reload the page and save options only after that.
