The server requirements displayed all criteria are met.
However, I have the following elements can’t be imported from demo:
    1. Menu
    2. Products
    3. testmonials
    4. default woocommerce pages
I have already activated the necessary plugins like woocommerce/mailchimp/contact form7
Could you please help me check what’s wrong with it?
    PS:
I have my site hosted in Synology NAS, and follow the steps
    https://www.robdiesel.com/wordpress/2020/02/update-wordpress-manually-on-a-synology-nas/
to update to the latest version of wordpress.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you with the demo content installation?
Tell me what demo version you would like to install and what page builder (Elementor or WPBakery)?

    Regards

OK, but it seems that I’ve messed up the website by trying to importing the demo several times, I would reset the whole site if you’ve found out how to fix the problem.
And If there are server settings need to be changed on my Synology NAS, please tell me.

PS: Please be noted that my WP dashboard is in Chinese version.
Thank you a lot for your help!

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.
