Hello,

1) I checked related products and don’t see the problem with the alignment https://prnt.sc/103qund

2) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to limit the product image height and height of the gallery images

.product-images .woocommerce-product-gallery img { max-height: 600px; width: auto; } .product-images .woocommerce-product-gallery .thumbnails-list img { max-height: 100px; width: auto; margin: auto; }

3) Did you set correct selectors according to docs https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

Hello,

Our support meant to check the post link with default WP theme like Storefront, Twenty Twenty. Anyway, I checked your site and found that issue was related to permalinks type. I set Post name type and everything works fine https://prnt.sc/103qah9

Hello,

That coming soon page was created using WPBakery page builder and Massive Addons. Page that you show on the screenshot was created using Elementor that’s why you don’t see the import button. I see that button for the new page while creating it https://gyazo.com/954adaa3b28a4d3e0dbdd0dfdcfbe2fb
Here is your coming soon https://pelkas.kz/coming-soon/

Hello,

But product gallery works with that solution https://gyazo.com/b6d09ecb5a71296dbdeafd97f78969dd It works the same way like with the default theme that you enabled before. Why is not it suitable for you?

If you want to make it work with the custom gallery I suppose you need to contact plugin author and ask them to make improvements. I see that they added special options for other themes https://prnt.sc/103nl1z

Hello,

Your shop page layout is the same as on our demo https://prnt.sc/100xcli We did not create it using Elementor.
Elementor plugin does not allow editing of the shop archive page using Elementor builder
Read Elementor plugin docs https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/
https://prnt.sc/103n7ti

Are you trying to edit a WooCommerce shop or product page?
a. WooCommerce shop pages cannot currently be directly edited by Elementor. With Elementor Pro, however, you can create a new shop archive page to use in place of the default shop page. See how to create a WooCommerce archive template here.
b. WooCommerce product pages must be edited with Elementor Pro’s WooCommerce Builder. If you edit it there and not into WooCommerce, you won’t receive the the_content error and you will be able to assign the template to your WooCommerce product pages.

You can just edit the banner that appears before the products (Static Block > Shop page main banner – niche-market02 > edit it using Elementor https://prnt.sc/103nbux )

If you want to make any other changes of the shop page layout (sidebar position, products hover effect) go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop & Shop Elements.

Sidebar widgets you can edit from Appearance > Widgets > Shop page sidebar.

We found the following custom code http://prntscr.com/103hk2p

If we delete your it then it shows normal -> http://prntscr.com/103hkjq

Hello,

I see, ok. In this case, we would try to improve our option to hide price and all the input to allow users to add the texts that will be shown if the price is hidden instead of using a third-party plugins. We need a little bit more time. Take our apologies for this delay.

Hello, @mostwombat

Unfortunately, I see that @yiannis does not answer here.
We would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to get instructions on how to remove the mentioned page. It’s not related to our theme, so we are not able to give you instructions. But your hosting support should be able to help.

Hello,

You need to check how your pixel works with the default theme first. Does it work ok? Could you provide screenshots that with the default Storefront theme it works?

Pixel code should be added in head https://prnt.sc/101ubrj
But you added it to footer static block and also installed the plugin.
I moved Pixel code to head https://prnt.sc/101ug25
Do you need both: code and plugin? Because I think that you need to use either code or plugin. And using both gives you th mentioned error.

Hello,

Problem caused by YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. It works with the product images gallery and does not support our custom gallery and require the default one.
I have enabled default WooCommerce gallery as described here https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin/
