Can you please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue, be sure to clear your browser cache and empty the plugin cache if you are using a cache plugin?

1-deactivate all plugins that were not included with our theme
2-remove all custom CSS and check any other customizations that have been performed
3-If using a child theme, please use the default parent theme to see if that fixes it.
4-Make sure to clear the plugin and browser cache after each step.

In the case the issue is still present, please provide us with your WP and FTP login information in so we can check this out for you first hand.

Hello!

Actually, your shop page is created with the wp baker builder that’s why opening it with the Elementor cause the issue. If you want to use the Elementor on the shop page then you will have to recreate the page with the elementor.

If you allow me I can recreate the shop page.

Hello,

Provide us with FTP access to your site, please. It looks that at this moment you can edit shop page using Safe mode only because of js error. We need FTP to find out what gives that error. Anyway, I hope you understand that you’ll be able just to add content before products editing the shop page. You won’t be able to edit its layout. If you want to edit shop page layout using elementor follow the docs https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/

Hello!

I see you have created the shop page with Elementor but still, it is unable to edit with the Elementor. I see the error in the console when open the shop page only.

Can you please share your FTP details too so we can debug the issue in detail and help you fix it?

Hello!

I am sorry for the earlier misunderstanding.

I will try to explain why the shop page cannot be edited. Actually, the shop page is an archive page that just shows the product and it cannot be edited as other normal pages. The same case is with the blog page as well.

That’s why when you try to open it in the Elementor it does not open. So Elementor has a feature of theme builder in wp-admin>>templates>>theme builder>>proucts archive where you can edit the shop page according to your requirement.

Please remember you cannot edit the products but just can add the content before and after the products.
