Category Product Image Roll-over – Problem with gallery slider

Hello,

I have an issue really with the display order of images in the gallery view

Please see my product category page here:

https://jsmodernfurniture.co.uk/product-category/sofa/

The problem is on all products will roll-over on the category view, I have left rollover enabled on just 1 product for the purposes of this question so to not confuse my visitors

Please see the Gacla Corner Sofa product. The rollover is active on this product.
Rollover example:

When mouse rollover

When clicking into this product, the gallery thumbnail view does not match the image displayed above. Related to the feature image this is not displayed I think which is causing the issue.

The other products on that page do not have the roll-over as I have set the featured image as the first image in the gallery too but this is not the solution as I want to use the roll-over

Any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance!

Hello,

Thanks for using XStore.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, and check then.
Do you use a child theme? Did you make changes in files there?

Hello

Thanks for your quick reply

I have disabled all third-party plugins and it is still the same

There are no amendments to the child theme that would relate to this issue

I have left the site live with all the plugins disabled:

If we delete your it then it shows normal -> http://prntscr.com/103hkjq

You have not to set these options for all products if you don’t need to have special settings for this product -> http://prntscr.com/103hldt
