These are new widgets of WP 5.8. Downgrade WP to version 5.7.2. Theme does not support WP 5.8 at this moment. We are working on a new theme update that will support WP 5.8 and an option that allows disabling the updated design of the WP widgets.

Visual issues with theme options are related to WP 5.8. Downgrade WP to version 5.7.2. Theme does not support WP 5.8 at this moment. We are working on new theme update that will support WP 5.8.

Check the tabs settings after that.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus > edit the Dog menu item and choose the design type Mega menu instead of the dropdown https://prnt.sc/1eqnt57
But I would recommend you to create a simple and separate Mobile menu with items and subitems without using Static block. Then go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > choose the newly created menu. Mega menu with static blocks does not display correctly in the mobile menu as a rule.

We don’t have WP Dashboard access to follow the link. Anyway. What version of WP do you use? 5.8?

So, XStore is not the reason of the issue. Check the plugins that you use. Besides, did you make any changes in parent theme files (I see that you display selectors on the grid and custom styles of the buttons)? You will lose the changes after the next theme update! So, enable child theme and move the changes you need to child theme. USe child theme styles.css to add custom styles you need, but don’t copy the whole CSS files, only styles that you want to change.

WordPress released 5.8 update and we’ll release theme update soon that will support WP 5.8, so you will have to update theme and I’m worrying that you will lose your work.

Yes, that code could be the reason of the issue. The script calculates the bottom margin during page loading and if that code applies after then the margin won’t be correct.

1) The mentioned plugin caused a fatal error with WP 5.8 https://prnt.sc/1epc51t So, I downgraded WP to 5.7.2 to avoid this. Don’t update WP till all the plugins and theme will filly support that.

2) If the slider for the recently viewed products is enabled it looks bugged even with the default Storefront theme https://prnt.sc/1epdt6n
Once I disable the slider https://prnt.sc/1epjaw4 it looks ok also with our theme https://prnt.sc/1epgzdj

Our developers checked that element with the default WP theme at this page https://www.entreprisedunet.fr/test/ and got the same js error https://gyazo.com/f2730a9528a44bc2a77341a1980403f6 So, could you please clarify Elementor support why do they redirect you to theme author if it does not work even with the default WP theme? We can do nothing with this if it does not work ok even with the default theme.
