Issue with FileBird not showing folders - by cloudtechltd

    Dear Support Team,

    We have FileBird plugin installed and we setup folder and uploaded photos,
    before when a edit a product to select photo we had the option to see the folder and now for some reason we don’t see any folder to select.

    You used out of date version of plugin https://prnt.sc/1eqp0fe

    Thank you for your prompt response, I tried to upgrade the plugin many times but for some reason it didn’t upgrade.

    Hello,

    Next time try to disable it in Plugin > All. And then go to XStore > Plugin installer and click update and activate.
