Search bar not returning results after theme update

Hello

I have updated the theme to the latest version and the xstore core plugin plus wp bakery, and for some reason since doing this, the search bar of our woocommerce shop is not returning previews of products when you search by artist name or product title – see scrrenshot: https://prnt.sc/1dgs0k4

It does return a product preview when you search by catalogue number see here: https://prnt.sc/1dgsc0x

However when you actually click to search the catalogue number it returns no results: https://prnt.sc/1dgsi7c

The search was working perfectly fine before the theme update. Any idea what is wrong?

Hello,

1) Don’t see issue with the images https://prnt.sc/1dm3iww
2) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue with the search by SKU in more detail.

The images thing seems to be working now but the search still returns zero results for any SKU.

Details of logins etc are in the private area. Many thanks!

Hi Olga

The logins are definitely correct I just tried it myself and got in fine.

I have noticed that since the last theme updates, all the filters on the shop pages have disappeared.

In our Widgets section we have the Shop sidebar set to have four filters by product price, then x 3 product attributes (artist, genre, format) – see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1mbydpn

However though they still appear as set up in the backend, there is now nothing showing on the front end: https://prnt.sc/1mbz4rf

Is there any reason this would be? We rely on these filters for people to search product.

Hello,

1) Sidebar issue was related to out of date sidebar files in your child theme. Check now, please.
2) I searched by the mentioned title and don’t see issues with preview https://prnt.sc/1mvcxlf
3) Searching by product number and it works https://gyazo.com/59b13fcad12428f63838fd6368ead50d

Provide us with SKU that does not work to test it.
